Health and wellness startup needed a scalable mobile and web platform to serve growing user base with real-time sync, secure data handling, and seamless cross-platform experience. Required AI-powered personalized mental health exercise recommendations.

What we built

Custom-built from the ground up using Enterprise plan. Full-stack application with native iOS and Android apps, responsive web platform, and robust backend infrastructure. Implemented secure authentication, real-time data synchronization, and scalable architecture. Fine-tuned Llama 3 with thousands of custom training points to power AI-driven mental health exercise suggestions personalized to each user.

ViaSync needed a simple, low-lift mobile product that let users connect and meet with other users quickly, without overengineering the initial release.

What we built

Built on the Starter plan for under $10k using a lean stack and free-tier tooling where possible. The app was delivered in Flutter with Supabase powering the backend, keeping the implementation lightweight, fast to ship, and easy to support. AI integration is planned as the next step, with full support continuing as the product evolves.
